My curriculum was designed
for my growth in this lifetime
May I embrace all experiences
as they unfold on my path
May I know I am here
to live my unique life
May I refrain from
judging events as good or bad
May I be wise enough
not to compare my realities
with those of others
May I step into my healing
by accepting what is
May I forgive myself and others
and learn my lessons and move on
May I fully taste
each unfolding
and leave no trace
of guilt or shame
and feel joy again
Burdened by neither
the past nor the future
I live in the present moment
starting afresh each new day
